The technological process of turning parts "Welding Neck Flange" and "Machine flange" have been developed and implemented

Specialists of the LLC "Center of Technological Initiatives" have developed and implemented at the customer's enterprise the technological process of turning parts "Welding Neck Flange" and "Machine flange". The technological process includes the developed program for processing of details on a CNC lathe (CNC system - Fanuk). A special advantage of the program is its ability to process same-type flanges in different designs and overall dimensions.

In addition, quick-detachable transient adapters for tools fastening were developed and manufactured within the project.

Except this, there was carried out the training of the customer's employee (the operator of the CNC machine) for the processing of parts on a CNC machine using the developed technology.
