Modernization of the horizontal boring machine 2В622Ф4

The specialists of "CTI" LLC have successfully completed the order for the modernization of the horizontal boring machine 2В622Ф4.

During the upgrade, a new WL4M CNC system was installed, as well as new servo motors, servo drivers, cables, control board, spindle encoder and high-resolution table encoder. The commissioning of the updated machine has been completed.

As a result of modernization, the following has been achieved:

• expanding the technological capabilities of the machine;

• increasing the reliability of the machine;

• the ability to position the table with an accuracy of 0.001^о by to the program.
