Automated production cell based on two CNC machines and robot-manipulator

The specialists of LLC "Center of Technological Initiatives" developed and implemented an automated production cell based on two CNC machines SAMSUNG SL2000M and robot-manipulator MOTOMAN UP165.

Within the production cell one robot simultaneously serves two CNC machines.

The production cell is adjusted for the processing of parts as "lug", "sleeve" and "finger".

For the CNC system of the robot and CNC system of machines were developed the software that synchronizes the work of machines and robot, provides a continuous production process without human involvement, and minimizes the production defect.
